Where is Haus of Dreams located? 

Our Glam Studio is located in North Tucson right outside the Oro Valley area. Haus of Dreams House is located 20miles Southwest of Downtown Tucson, AZ.

What does all inclusive mean when booking with Haus of Dreams?

All inclusive means we provide all amenities such as toiletries, beauty products, lodging, full hair+makeup services and so much more. Food and Beverage Concierge are available to customize and order with any Collection. Also available is Grocery Order pickup.

What makes us different?

Haus of Dreams offers on location Glam services and  is the first of its kind, all inclusive Girl House designed for every Celebration for your Wedding Day, Bachelorette Weekend, Baby Shower, Girls Trip or Birthday Celebration! It is also available for Hourly Rental and Extended Lodging.

Do you offer services on site if we do not want to book the Bridal House?

Yes, we provide on location Bridal Hair+Makeup services as an option for those who only need Hair+Makeup Services and are not interested in booking the Bridal House.  Travel requires a minimum of Bride+4 Attendants for full Hair+Makeup  for all on location services.

 

What if my Bridal Party is paying for their own Hair & Makeup, does that come off the total of the package?

All Hair & Makeup services are included in every Collection depending on the size of the Bridal Party. All Services are  invoiced to one recipient, our Client whose name appears on the Contract. Payment must be made one month before check in. Full disclosure of terms and conditions can be found in the Bridal Contract.

Why is payment for Hair & Makeup due before the service is complete?

Full and final payment is due 2 weeks before services no exceptions. We are a full operating business and all collections+services are due prior service to control time management during wedding day, and it keeps things running more smooth and efficiently on such a busy day.

Do you offer installment payment plans?

 Yes payment plans can be arranged and made.

How do we book our date?

A non-refundable retainer must be paid to begin the booking process.

Is the House available if it is not for a Bridal Party? 

Yes, the house is available to rent for Bachelorette Weekends, Girl Trips, Birthday Parties or Staycations. It is also available for Hourly rental for Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Photoshoots, Corporate Events.

How many does it sleep? 

Comfortably, the 2,500 sq ft single story home can sleep. 8-10 Guests in the 4 bedroom property.

Why would a Bride choose Haus of Dreams over the Bridal Suite provided by the Venue?

Inconveniently, most Venues do not allow on site access until 12pm-3pm on the day of the Wedding which creates a double location of set up for hair and makeup as well as packing up twice for the entire Bridal  Party, which then creates a more rushed schedule. They also do not provide any food or beverage, this is all the responsibility of the Bridal Party. Haus of Dreams provides an unmatched service of any kind that can not be obtained by using a Bridal Suite at a Venue. I have created a seamless, stress free day for my Brides and her Bridal Party by creating an all inclusive Bridal House that is custom made to fit every Brides' needs, to then complete their experience by still being able to enjoy the Bridal Suite at the Venue starting at 3pm.

 

What will be provided?

Lodging,  Hair+Makeup, use of Robes, Luxury amenities such as Shampoo & Conditioner,  and so much more. Food &  Beverage Concierge options are available to add to any Collection.

What is Grocery Order Pickup? We are happy to announce our Concierge service now offers Grocery Order pickup when you book your stay with us at Haus of Dreams. Save the hassle and troubles and leave it to us to take care of all the little details. All you need to do is place your grocery order pickup at one of Tucson's local Grocery Stores (preferably within 20 minutes from Haus of Dreams) our Concierge will pick it up for you on your behalf and we will have the fridge and pantry stocked for you when you arrive.

 

What time does the Food Order need to be ready by? We recommend to have your order placed and ready for pick up by 10AM the day you will be checking in to give Concierge adequate amount of time to pick up the order, deliver to the property and stock your items accordingly  upon your arrival.

Is alcohol on the list of beverage choices?

We do not provide alcohol.

​

Can we keep our Robes?

Robes are available for purchase should the Bride want to purchase for her Bridal Party? Otherwise every Bride will choose from a selection of colors and prints to use for the day of the Wedding.

What do we bring?

The only thing to bring will be your Pajamas, your Dresses, Heels, Jewelry, Toiletry Bag and your Undergarments.location services. 

​

What if the Bride wants to get dressed at the Venue?

Those arrangements can be finalized in the contract.

 

What is your booking Policy?

A non refundable retainer will be collected to reserve the date and house equaling 1/3 of the total costs of the package including a $350 Security Deposit for incidentals which will be refunded 7-10 days after check out, as long as the property is returned in the condition it was received. Full disclosure of terms and conditions can be found in the Bridal Contract.
